Skills:

Strong .NET skills (ASP.NET, C#)

5+ years of structured programming experience with software development tools such as C++, Visual Basic, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and/or C# (SQL is a plus)

Excellent understanding of eCommerce technology and architecture

Proficient in industry standards, such as XML and SOAP

Object Oriented and design skills with UML experience are pluses

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at both a business and technical level

Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce business-driving technical reports

Self motivated and focused, with a positive outlook and excellent organizational skills

Bachelors degree required (technical certifications such as MCAD or MCSD are a plus)

Experience with emerging Microsoft technologies such as LINQ, MVC and Silverlight is a plus

Exposure to Rich Internet Application user interfaces (e.g. Flash, Flex, Silverlight) is a benefit

Ability to work in Agile development environments
