Skills:

BS or higher in either Computer Science or Software Engineering with a GPA of at least 3.5/4.0. Junior to senior level of engineering experience.

Excellent problem solving skills.

An aptitude for learning new skills.

A firm grasp of math and engineering fundamentals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Microsoft Windows software development experience.

Experience in all aspects of the software development life cycle.

Object oriented design experience.

Ability to excel in a multi-disciplined team environment.

Preference will be given to candidates who also possess the following experience:

-Developing software using Visual C++ and MFC.
-Developing software to control and analyze data from a Mass Spectrometer.
-Developing software for the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

All aspects of design and development, architecting, coding and testing of scientific instrumentation.
