History

Paragon Recruiting began operations in the fall of 1996.

Through our research we identified information systems professionals as the greatest area of need in the West Michigan market. By 1998 we'd out grown our original office in the historic Holland Fire House and moved to our current space at Centennial Park Place.

Paragon has expanded its service offering from information systems to include engineering professionals as well as executive level candidates to clients in West and Mid Michigan area.
